Welcome to Middle School Physical and Health Education! This year, our theme is "Exploring the World of Sports." We will explore various sports, develop physical fitness, and learn about health through the lens of sports and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). We will cover the Georgia Standards for Physical and Health Education and aim to foster a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness.
